Your Energy Body and Physical Body are interwoven like a fine tapestry and connected through the function of the endocrine system. All of this will become much clearer once you have gone through each section of the 7 aspects in this website. The more you understand the connections, the better you can make empowered choices based on your new acquired wisdom.
The art of living a great life is balance.
This balance starts within.
We all have unique desires and needs. Not only in
regard to the physical aspect but also in regard to
the other 6 areas.
Discovering who you truly are and what you
truly need at your core will allow you to start
putting together the pieces that combined allow you to make the choices as to
create your heaven on Earth. I call this becoming your Authentic Self, which is the biggest gift you can give to yourself, the people you love and humanity as a whole.

Lets get physical
Your physical body is your vehicle that allows you to explore and enjoy your life.
Unfortunately, many treat their physical body not nearly as good as for example their cars.
Cars are easily replaced, and parts can be easily exchanged. You only have one physical body and it has amazing abilities to regenerate itself if you treat it as well as it deserves.
Let’s look at several aspects that are needed to maintain / regain an optimal physical body.
Our "healthcare" system
Working in the healthcare system for 30 years became very discouraging due to witnessing the progressively worsening of patients, despite the efforts by many that work in the healthcare industry.
Healthcare has been predominantly a symptom managing system and unfortunately the word health and care in healthcare is slowly being eradicated. The system is not aimed at restoring health and vitality but primarily symptom management.
It might look and feel initially that by masking the symptom that you are regaining your health. We, as a society, have bought into that lie and now are paying the price. The healthcare industry is seeing more and more patients that have exhausted the “pill for every ill” “cure”. The pharmaceutical industry has created a pill dependent population. Masking symptom after symptom causing the physical body to get further and further away from being healthy.
Each time we ignore the bodies warning signs (symptoms) it pushes the body deeper and deeper into a disease state.
On top of that the pills that are prescribed are heavy toxins causing even more disruption and more disease.
The healthcare industry is failing as they have ignored the true cause of disease for so long causing the body to be depleted from much of the life force that is needed to regain people’s health. For the elderly that have been relying too heavily on this healthcare system it often is too late to turn back the clock. For others it’s not, but it is a time of needing to wake up to the truth.
The truth is that your body has amazing abilities to regenerate itself and you must decide for yourself if you will help it to do so.
Symptoms are just the expression of your body as to tell you something is wrong.
Any dis-ease, before it becomes a limiting pattern affecting your health, is a symptom.
By suppressing these symptoms, you are choosing to ignore the innate wisdom of your body as to guide you in the right direction of what is needed at that specific time. Unfortunately, we aren’t taught to listen to the feedback from the body until it turns up the volume and screams.
Whatever health imbalances you have today started often many years ago.
We all behave according to certain patterns. Many of these patterns we are unaware off, ignore or cover up with unhealthy behaviors. For most it’s a combination of all three.
Remember, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity.

Your physical body is the vehicle that allows you to experience life while here on planet Earth. This physical body is much more then what meets the eye.
Quantum physics is showing us that we are atoms vibrating in space, and thus each of us , is mostly pure energy. This energy is not only our life force but also has a unique vibrational frequency.
Simply said, we all are energy vibrating in space and on top of that we all have our own unique quantum bubble of energy. This quantum bubble (energy body) has its own unique energy signature or frequency. This frequency is based on the combined input of the 7 aspects as advocated in this website. The quality of this frequency determines not only the amount of life force that runs through you but also determines how you perceive life, how you experience your life, and most of all how you, thus far, have created the life you have.
Do you know that you not see (experience) the world through your eyes but through the "glasses", represented by the bubble (your quantum field aka vibrational field aka subconscious field) that surrounds you.
It all comes down to the quality (low versus high) of vibration that you allow into your Quantum field. For example: chronic use of junk food will pull your vibration down, excessive worry, anger will do this. Blaming and judging the world will bring it down. Staying in a job you dislike, an unhealthy relationship or living in a cluttered home will do this also.

The danger is, that it is very easy to stay in a low frequency mode, and even more so when several areas are being challenged at the same time. Your frequency not only determines your health, but also how you experience life day to day, how you feel and how fast you are ageing.
What your predominant frequency is will bring into your life those events, people, etc. that mirror who you are on the inside. It not only attracts similar type of frequencies into your life, but you will also be attracted to similar type of energies.
For example, if you have a lot of chronic negativity, anger, drama there is a strong chance that the universe will bring more of it as like attracts like. This is not a punishment but a call as to wake up and change the life you have, to choose different.
In this Physical Aspect we focus on more of what I call "the nuts and bolts" which is nutrition and exercise, which are very important. The vitality you have, or the lack of it, is based on how well you have taken care of this physical body.
The longer you ignore the warning signs (dis-ease aka symptoms) that your body is trying to convey to you, the longer the decline of your organ systems will continue and the longer it will take to heal them and to regain your previous health and vitality.
Continue masking symptom(s) through a "magical" pill and continuing the habits that created it all, will eventually lead to a point of no return.
By choosing a healthy diet and an exercise program you enjoy, you are already changing your energy signature.
In regard to nutrition: high vibrational foods are foods that are in their most natural state (unprocessed), are grown in a healthy environment (organic) and if possible come from the local area, which will provide Optimal Life Force.
Regarding exercise, we all know the benefits it provides. Examples are cardiovascular health, balancing hormones and blood-sugar, building of strong bones, etc.
This website is just an intro into what is needed to create abundance in all areas of your life. Abundant physical health is a must as to enjoy life to the fullest no matter what age you are.
For many it is the "easiest" aspect to understand as we all know that good nutrition and exercise is required to have a healthy body.

The quality of the food you eat provides a strong foundation towards the quality of life you experience.
Providing your physical body with high quality foods and liquids shows a level of Self-Love.
First question is: what type of food do you eat and why? Is it a lot of unhealthy foods because you do not really have a good knowledge regarding nutrition in general, is it because of financial reasons, a habit, lack of time, etc.?
Many people have little to no knowledge how the body works and what is required to keep it functioning the way it was designed to function.

Our media is great at spoon feeding what is so called healthy. On top of that we are living in such a fast-paced society that we don’t even have time to think for ourselves. You might think you are in control of your choices but old (childhood) and present (media) conditioning is far more powerful than many people are aware off.
The internet is a powerful new tool as to obtain and check new information, but you at least must have some good basic knowledge
Taking certain supplements just based on a “Google search” can put additional stress on your body system(s), and rarely addresses the root cause and thus putting you at risk of throwing your body even more of balance.
The basic knowledge in this E-COURSE will give you at least some foundation to start from which you then can fine tune and use what eventually works the best for you. Here are some basics that are important for all of us.

Eat foods that are “alive”. This means that you eat them in their most natural state.

Always choose the highest quality source available. Local and organic is first choice and second choice is as close to this as possible.

If it comes in any kind of package, check the ingredients. Even places like Whole Foods and other health food stores have better selections but they still are commercial enterprises.

Apply the 80/20 rule. If you take care of your body 80 % of the time, your body will take care of you the other 20%. Simply said; enjoy life, you are not a monk but keep it in the 20% range on average. More healthy alternatives are becoming more and more available for a wider variety of foods.

Stay hydrated and make sure you drink clean water. Tap water is always a no-no. If drinking bottled water makes sure to use glass bottles or stainless steel. If using plastic bottles makes sure it is at least BPA free plastic.

Clean spring water is first choice but hard to come by. Second choice is reverse osmosis water as it is easiest to obtain. High pH water is available at some locations and a good source also.

Eating High quality fats (Fish oil, coconut oil, avocado, nuts and seeds) is important as is avoiding hydrogenated oils.

Using a juicer (masticating is the best) or a blender (Vitamix is great) can help you save time, and can create high quality power packed nutrient dense meals which are easier to digest.

Many of the so called "superfoods" may be of help as to rid the body of accumulated toxins like heavy metals, viruses and bacteria that prevent the body from regaining its health, while rebuilding the tissues to create vibrant health. However, any fasting and/or detox you undertake should be done supervised by a qualified practitioner.

Exercise
I think that almost everybody is aware that exercise should be part of a healthy lifestyle. Nevertheless, there is still much confusion regarding exercise.
We have become a society that has become sedentary due to the modern conveniences. We don’t have to leave the home as to interact with the world.
Many of our interactions whether social or career do not require much physical activity. This combined with the lack of healthy nutrition has caused a surge not only in obesity but a host of other chronic ailments.
Gyms and other similar health-centers are everywhere. However, exercise can be done everywhere, and you don’t have to follow the latest trend as to benefit from the benefits of physical activity. Choosing something that you enjoy and that does not add extra stress (financial, time-demands) to your life should be one of the first considerations. Beginning a walking program is often a great start.
The media and our society in general have created a very distorted view of how one should look as to be loved and valued. Exercise equipment, exercise programs, nutritional supplements, diet products, etc., are being promoted as being the next product to achieve that perfect body, perfect health and being the envy of all those around you. The only purpose of exercise should be that it brings you more health, more joy, and more vitality.
Choose something you truly enjoy, so you will make it a part of all the things that you love to do. Yes, it might take trying a few different types of activities and it might even be a combination of several different ones.
Did you know that exercise not only literally burns excessive stress hormones, but also gets you back in your body and keeps you grounded in reality, which is important if you want to manifest your dreams on planet earth.
Exercise is important but we are not all hard-wired for extreme exercise and fitness. The intensity and frequency of exercise becomes even more individual specific when people are experiencing adrenal fatigue.

However, for all those that do not exercise on a regular basis, it all starts with taking the first step, as to get started. Our physical bodies need to move, and the right exercise is the activity you enjoy no matter what others think, do or say.
As always it starts with a choice made by you for you. This is another sign of Self-Love which is at the foundation as to create more Self-worth and a better life.
Rest & Relaxation
Life is all about balance. We are living in a society where the stress response is over-activated and causing signs of burnout.
Stimulants are being used more and more with coffee being the most accepted form. No wonder that Starbucks has been so successful in such a short time period. Other stimulant drinks, with Red Bull being the number one in the marketplace, are making billions of dollars annually. This is all great for the big corporations that love to see their worker bees so “motivated".
However, the motivation is often pure necessity and fear based driven. Many people are getting more and more in survival mode, burning out and barely getting by. Big money has created a variety of scenarios to keep the people humble. The housing crash, several stockmarket crashes have made many people becoming stuck in their job. Poverty consciousness is ruling the planet and we thought that slavery was over.
Others might burn themselves out as to climb the corporate ladder, to uphold the status and money that makes them the "envy" of all. Yes, we live in a society where our worth is measured by our money, status and/or looks.
Yes, you do have to make money, but at least become aware what is causing you to stay stuck and then decide as how to get unstuck. Are you working 24/7 and if so, why, do you enjoy this, are you living a life you love?
Taking time for yourself and doing something for yourself allows you to recharge yourself and is based on Self-Love and Self-worth. This is the first step towards balance.
Quantum physics is proving on a scientific level that we create our own reality/life in each and every moment. So, find a balance between too much and not enough, no matter what that is for you. The journey of a thousand miles starts with just one step, one choice as to change just one thing and go from there. You are the beginning of all the changes in your life.
