Your Spiritual Body is that part of you that is not clouded by fear. Its main purpose is to guide you towards a life based on Love. There are truly only 2 energies in the universe, Love and Fear. All other “energies” like anger, shame, guilt and peace, joy, harmony are nothing but off-springs of either Love or Fear.

We are all here on Planet Earth as to let go of all that is fear based. To let go of all that which prevents you to live a life filled with Love, Joy, Peace and Abundance. Life is meant to be your teacher and guiding you to live your best life ever.

 

We live in a world of duality, Light versus Dark, the good versus the bad. Duality is here to assist us to learn the lessons we came here to master. The lessons are to help us, as an individual and as a society, to shift towards a higher vibration. This Higher vibration is towards Love and away from fear.

We are nothing but the expression of the vibration we hold within ourselves. The quality of the vibration you hold within is determined by the sum of the quality of the vibration of each of your individual bodies (physical, mental, emotional, mental) and becomes your energy signature. The results of this signature can be seen as the manifested outcomes in the external aspects of your life.

​

This energy signature, aka your personal quantum field, determines to what, whom, etc. you are attracted to as well as what you attract into your life.

​

The events that you encounter are then providing you with the opportunity of choice. The choice as to transform outdated habits and behaviors, that do not bring you the life you want, into habits and behaviors that do lead to a life that you desire.

It is by doing this that you will start to experience that you are the true creator of your own life.

Your Spiritual body is the home of your Higher Self. By following your Higher Self, you are connecting to the endless supply of Life force which not only feeds your energy body but also allows life to flow more effortlessly.

 

This is called organic living and its only requirement is to be fully present in the moment, to follow your inner guidance step by step, and stay in the flow of what inspires you. This flow will then allow synchronicity to occur and manifest a life that is more effortless than ever before.

The only thing required is to have trust and faith in the guidance provided by your higher self and taking the action required. This is not easy when life seems to be against you.

​​

However, by following this guidance, you then will start to experience that all is in perfect and divine flow, and therefore, fewer "obstacles" will come your way, and if they do, you will be guided to the right solutions.

​

There is a difference between obstacles and challenges. Challenges are opportunities as for you to grow, to further test your ability to utilize the skills you are mastering or to direct you to acquire new skills that are needed, so you can manifest that which you desire.

​

​Obstacles often prevents you from moving in a direction that is not entirely for your highest good and is meant for you as to take a step back and re-think your strategy.

​

It is the task of every soul on Earth to master in knowing the difference between the two - challenges and obstacles. Many times, we are confused by these two words simply because we have yet to develop developed the natural skill to fully rely on our intuition. 

​

Intuition is the Sacred Key to enter the gates of heaven. It always reveals to you the truth.

I was taught a long time ago that when you ask for guidance, a question, or tuning into anything specifically, the first ten seconds of your inner-sense is the truth. This is the voice of your intuition. Anything past 10 seconds the mind steps in and analyze the truth away, which is generally when confusion or doubt set in.

The more you practice listening to the voice that comes in the first ten seconds the more confident you will feel in trusting your intuition. You then consult the other 3 bodies, as they are all designed to work as one unit. This is the journey and the co-operation and integration of your 4 bodies will create an organic flow in the present moment. It is in this present moment that you will find the energy, the joy, and the solutions, that will continue to allow you to thrive.

You are the receiver of what your spirit is trying to convey to you, but if there is too much static interfering (lower frequency vibration) then the signal has hard time getting through.
